A report on happenings in the Oil Sector spanning the last decade by a committee under the leadership of former EFCC chairman Mallam Nuhu Ribadu has indicted major oil and gas players. According to excerpts published by reuters , the report, which our Government has called a 'draft', billions of dollars accruable to the Federal Republic of Nigeria from Royalties, Gas Flaring Penalties and even Gas Sales have remain unpaid!!!
