"I am the true father of Britney Spear's son" says Kevin Federline's brother

Britney is reportedly dealing with a shock series of allegations against her by Kevin Federline's brother Christopher.

According to Radaronline, Christopher filed court papers on December 18th, seeking a restraining order against the singer, and claiming that Britney had - amongst other things - made fun of the size of his, ahem, man bits, and stolen his credit card so that she could buy comic books.

The papers also claim that Christopher is the true father of Britney's son Sean Preston - rather than Britney's ex-husband (and Christopher's brother) Kevin.
