Scavenger Caught While Looting At Burnt Building Site, Jankara, Lagos Island

i recorded this video myself two days ago with my mobile phone while visiting the site of the buildings that got burnt as a result of exploding firecrackers along Ojo-Giwa Street, Off Idumagbo Avenue, Lagos Island.  It shows as one of many scavengers who were looting the already evacuated structures was caught and handed over to the police after a few punches from the property owner... lol
