Miguel Accidentally Drop Kicks 2 Fans at the Billboard Music Awards...

Singer Miguel got a little overexcited during his performance at the 2013 Billboard Awards on Sunday. The diminutive singer was performing his hit song “The Thrill,” when he attempted to jump over the crowd and landed on top of a fan’s head. Another girl standing at the front of the stage was also kicked in the head. But always the consummate professional, Miguel didn’t miss a beat as he continued his performance — after lifting his leg off the girl’s head. The girl reportedly suffered a mild concussion. No word on the extent of the other fan’s injuries.
