The daytime talk show host has been looking noticeably thinner lately and she attributes it all to a change in her diet and exercise plan. In a new interview with OK Magazine, she reveals that she has dropped 20 pounds in the past few months by cutting out foods like cheese and turning it up in the gym. She also offered advice to women, including busy moms, who are hoping to do the same.

Earlier this week, Tatyana Ali stopped by The Wendy Williams Show and after tackling a few fun topics surrounding Drake and one night stands, Wendy decided to get serious. She asked Tatyana about what really happened with actress Janet Hubert (the original aunt Viv) on The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air back in the 90s and why Janet was eventually replaced on the show.

To say that she ruffled Janet’s feathers is an understatement. After the show aired, Janet hopped on Facebook to give Wendy a piece of her mind, by posting:

Well, we all know Beyonce will never sit on Wendy’s couch.

Earlier this week, Beyonce hyped up the entire world after she dropped a teaser for her upcoming HBO documentary that digs into her personal and professional life. Yesterday, self-proclaimed Bey fan Wendy Williams revealed on her talk show that she would be tuning in with the rest of us, however, she went on to throw some major shade that riled up Beyonce’s fans. She told the audience that she was glad that her television has closed captioning because that’s the only way she’ll be able to understand what Beyonce is talking about.

I am a Beyonce fan. I’m gonna be watching this documentary cause fortunately one of the TVs in our kitchen has closed captioning so I’ll be able to understand what she says. You know Beyonce can’t talk. Beyonce sounds like she has a fifth grade education. She can’t talk. Honestly. We really do have the closed captioning for times like that.
